Who is responsible
Talos is a private, invite-only training app. Mikkel Pedersen is responsible for your data. Contact: mp@mpec.dk.
What Talos stores
- Your login email.
- Training: activities, heart rate, GPS routes and pace.
- Wellness: sleep, resting heart rate, HRV and steps.
- Weight and body composition.
- Check-in photos and waist measurements.
- Gym logs.
- Feedback you send in the app, including screenshots.
- Technical logs (errors and sync runs).
Where it comes from
- Intervals.icu, which receives your data from Garmin, WHOOP and other devices you connect to it.
- Withings, for weight and body composition.
- WHOOP, for steps only (the read:cycles and offline permissions, nothing else).
- What you enter yourself.
Why
To plan and show your own training. Where you and Mikkel have both agreed to it, to coach each other: you see what he logs, he sees what you log, nobody else. This is described in the consent you tick before sharing starts.
Who handles it
- Supabase, EU (Frankfurt): the database.
- Vercel, region fra1 (Frankfurt): runs the app.
- Resend, EU (Ireland): sends the login emails.
- Anthropic’s Claude: Mikkel uses it to build the app, and it reads the feedback you send in the app.
We don’t sell data, show ads or use tracking or analytics cookies.
How long, and deleting it
Your data is kept while your account is active. If you withdraw your consent in Me, sharing and syncing stop at once and your Intervals key is wiped. The data is then kept for 30 days and deleted if you ask. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, a correction, deletion, or a copy (export), and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to mp@mpec.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
